U.S. Department of State Amends International Traffic in Arms Regulations to Clarify Haiti Coast Guard Eligibility

The U.S. Department of State has amended the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to explicitly state that the Haitian Coast Guard is an eligible end-user, thereby confirming existing exceptions that permit exports to the Haitian Coast Guard.
