Plains LPG Services Seeks New Presidential Permit for U.S.-Canada Pipeline Facilities

Plains LPG Services, a Texas-based limited partnership, has submitted an application to the U.S. Department of State for a new Presidential permit to operate and maintain pipeline facilities along the U.S.-Canada border, following its acquisition of the EDS Pipeline border facilities from Dome Petroleum and Kinder Morgan Cochin, LLC.
