U.S. Commerce Department Finds Freight Rail Couplers from India Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that freight rail couplers and parts from India are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value. The investigation period was from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
