FinCEN Proposes Electronic Filing of Bank Secrecy Act Reports

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is proposing a rule that would require the electronic filing of certain Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) reports by June 30, 2012, aiming to improve data quality and reduce costs to the US government and taxpayers.
