Department of the Treasury Requests Comments on Proposed Treasury International Capital Form

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed revisions to the Treasury International Capital (TIC) Form BL-2, which reports on U.S. dollar liabilities to foreign investors, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burdens.
