Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Student Death Benefit Application to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, related to the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs' application for continuation of death benefit for students, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
