Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor has submitted a revised complaint form to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to continue its use in accordance with federal regulations.
