US Department of Labor Implements New Prevailing Wage Methodology for H-2B Program

The US Department of Labor published a final rule on January 19, 2011, requiring employers in the H-2B program to pay a prevailing wage determined by the Department, effective January 1, 2012, for work performed in 2012, and amending the ETA Form 9142 to ensure accurate wage attestations.
