Elm City Food Cooperative, Inc. Receives Certification for Rural Industrialization Loan and Grant Program

The Employment and Training Administration has certified Elm City Food Cooperative, Inc. in New Haven, Connecticut, for the Rural Industrialization Loan and Grant Program, which aims to finance the construction of a full-service retail grocery store carrying mostly natural and organic foods sourced from local farmers and food processors.
