Department of Labor Submits Mine Safety and Health Administration Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Mine Safety and Health Administration, an agency under the Department of Labor, is requesting the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve its information collection request for a Burst Control Plan, which pertains to underground metal and nonmetal mines, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
