Department of Labor Submits Revised Information Collection Request for Pneumoconiosis Claim Adjudication Process

The Department of Labor is requesting OMB review and approval for its revised information collection request related to the claim adjudication process for alleged presence of pneumoconiosis, a lung disease caused by inhaling dust particles, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
