Department of Labor Submits Request for OMB Review of Employee Benefit Plan Disclosure Collection
The Department of Labor is seeking OMB approval to continue using an electronic consent form for employee benefit plan disclosures, as part of its information collection activities under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
