Postponement of Effective Date for H-2B Wage Methodology Rule

The U.S. Department of Labor has postponed the effective date of its Wage Methodology for the Temporary Non-Agricultural Employment H-2B Program Final Rule from January 19, 2011, to November 30, 2011, due to pending legal challenges. The department is providing guidance to employers on prevailing wages before and after the new effective date.
