Proposed Revision of the Form M-1

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) is proposing revisions to the Form M-1, a report for Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs) and Certain Entities Claiming Exception (ECEs), which can be viewed on the EBSA website. The proposed form is substantively different from previous versions and may not be used for filing purposes.
