OSHA to Assume Occupational Safety and Health Authority at Privatized DOE Facilities

The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will assume authority over occupational safety and health at certain privatized facilities and operations formerly under the control of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), in accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on July 25, 2000.
