US Department of Labor Delays Effective Date of Wage Methodology for H-2B Program to October 1, 2012

The US Department of Labor is delaying the implementation of its Wage Methodology for the Temporary Non-Agricultural Employment H-2B Program until October 1, 2012, due to recently passed legislation that prohibits funding for the rule's implementation during the remainder of fiscal year 2012.
