Revisions to the EDA Regulations

The Economic Development Administration (EDA) has finalized its Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) regulations, which were published on October 22, 2008, in response to public comments received during the comment period, with the goal of improving grantee compliance and management of the RLF program.
