Bureau of Industry and Security Publishes Final Rule to Implement Australia Group Understandings and Decision

The Bureau of Industry and Security is publishing a final rule to amend the Export Administration Regulations to implement understandings reached at the 2009 Australia Group plenary meeting and a decision adopted under the AG intersessional silent approval procedures, including the addition of technical notes to the Control List of Dual-Use Chemical Manufacturing Facilities and Equipment and Related Technology and Software, and the removal of the white pox virus from the List of Biological Agents for Export Control.
