US Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Dubuque Railroad Drawbridge

The US Coast Guard has temporarily relaxed regulations for the Dubuque Railroad Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River in Iowa, allowing it to open on signal with at least 24 hours' notice from January 15, 2010, to March 15, 2010, to facilitate necessary maintenance and repairs.
