FEMA Submits Household Preparedness Telephone Survey for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a comment request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance of its Household Preparedness Telephone Survey, which will collect data on household preparedness, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
