US Coast Guard Temporarily Deviates Drawbridge Regulations for Quad Cities Heart Walkers

The US Coast Guard has temporarily exempted the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River from its usual operating regulations to accommodate the Quad Cities Heart Walkers event on May 15, 2010, allowing participants to safely cross the bridge during a two-hour window.
