Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for USS CONSTELLATION Tow

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in the Patapsco River and Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland, to ensure the safety of vessels during the historic sloop-of-war USS CONSTELLATION's tow from Baltimore to Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine on May 27, 2010.
