US Department of Justice Releases Supplemental Guidelines for Sex Offender Registration and Notification
The US Department of Justice has issued supplemental guidelines for sex offender registration and notification, updating the 2008 SORNA Guidelines to address issues arising from the KIDS Act and other jurisdictions' implementations of the SORNA requirements.
