Bureau of Prisons Finalizes Regulation on Use of Less-Than-Lethal Force

The Bureau of Prisons has finalized a regulation clarifying that the use of chemical agents and other non-lethal force is subject to the Warden's authority, which cannot be delegated below the position of Lieutenant.
