US Government Proposes Changes to Controlled Substances Production Quotas

The US government has proposed adjustments to the 2011 aggregate production quotas for certain controlled substances, including those in schedules I and II of the Controlled Substances Act, as well as the establishment of new quotas for synthetic cannabinoids.
