DOJ Proposes Changes to Executive Clemency Case Files System

The Department of Justice is proposing modifications to the system of records notice for the Executive Clemency Case Files/Executive Clemency Tracking System, which will be replaced by the Executive Clemency Records Database (ECRD). The changes aim to reflect current practices and clarify the system's purpose, including the inclusion of records for persons denied executive clemency.
