US Department of Justice Proposes Amendment to Office of Professional Responsibility Record Index System

The US Department of Justice is proposing to amend its Office of Professional Responsibility Record Index system to include non-DOJ attorneys and witnesses, in response to allegations of professional misconduct, and to fulfill its obligations under 28 CFR 0.39a(9).
