U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Safe Harbor Agreement for Sacramento River Conservation Area

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has reopened the comment period for a proposed safe harbor agreement with the Sacramento River Conservation Area Forum, following the receipt of an application for an Enhancement of Survival Permit under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
