U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comment on Permit Amendment for Endangered Plant

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on a permit amendment that would enable employees and agents to conduct conservation efforts for Phyllostegia hispida, a recently listed endangered plant, in accordance with the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
