Southeastern Lincoln County Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and the Southeastern Lincoln County Habitat Conservation Plan (SLCHCP) for public review. The plans relate to applications from Lincoln County, the City of Caliente, and Union Pacific Railroad for permits to take incidental species during land development and other activities.
