US Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for LCRA TSC's CREZ Transmission Lines
The US Fish and Wildlife Service plans to prepare a draft environmental impact statement to assess the effects of issuing an Endangered Species Act permit to LCRA TSC for construction and maintenance of four CREZ transmission lines, which will require incidental take of six federally listed or candidate species.
