FTC Requests OMB Extension for Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Prescreen Opt-Out Rule and CFPB Regulation V

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking an extension of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for its Prescreen Opt-Out Notice Rule and its shared enforcement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) of Regulation V, until November 30, 2016, as the current clearance expires on November 30, 2013.
