Anchor Point Energy, LLC Requests Relief from Pipeline Safety Regulations for Alaska Pipeline Project
The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comments on a special permit request from Anchor Point Energy, LLC, which seeks to waive certain plastic pipe design requirements for a 7.4-mile natural gas pipeline in Alaska.
