Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Gas Distribution Annual Report Form

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is revising its Gas Distribution System Annual Report Form in response to comments, with the revised form to be submitted to OMB for approval by March 15, 2011, and used starting with the 2011 calendar year.
