FMCSA Amends Financial Responsibility Regulations for Motor Carriers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has updated its rules to allow Canadian-domiciled motor carriers and freight forwarders to use Canadian insurance policies as proof of financial responsibility, in response to a petition from the Canadian government.
