FMCSA Exempts 37 Individuals with Diabetes Mellitus from Commercial Motor Vehicle Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to thirty-seven individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus (ITDM) to operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce, allowing them to continue driving despite the previously prohibited rule.
