FTC Requests OMB Extension for Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Affiliate Marketing Rule and CFPB Regulation V

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking an extension of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for its enforcement of the Affiliate Marketing Rule and its shared enforcement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) of Regulation V, until December 31, 2016, as the current clearance expires on December 31, 2013.
