PHMSA Seeks Comments on Revised Emergency Response Guidebook

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is soliciting public input on the development of the 2012 Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG2012), which will replace the 2008 version, and is a collaborative effort between US, Canadian, and Mexican transportation agencies.
