NHTSA Grants Ford's Petition to Modify Exemption for Ford Focus Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has approved Ford Motor Company's request to modify its previously approved exemption for the Ford Focus vehicle line, allowing the use of an antitheft device that does not require parts marking, effective for model year 2012 vehicles.
