Rural Utilities Service Proposes Changes to Guarantee Program for Electric and Telephone Loans

The Rural Utilities Service is proposing amendments to its guarantee program for cooperative and other not-for-profit lenders that provide loans for eligible electric and telephone purposes, as mandated by the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008.
