DOE Proposes Changes to Acquisition Regulation Socioeconomic Programs

The Department of Energy is proposing amendments to its Socioeconomic Programs under the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation to align with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, remove outdated provisions, and update references, without altering current law's substantive rights and obligations.
