DOE Announces Plans for Reverse Auction on Cellulosic Biofuels Incentives

The Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing a notice to invite biofuels producers and other interested parties to submit eligibility information for a Reverse Auction, aimed at providing incentives for cellulosic biofuels, as outlined in the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005).
