US Government Makes Determination and Certification on Precursor Chemicals

The US government has made a determination and certification under Section 490(b)(1)(A) of the Foreign Assistance Act regarding the largest exporting and importing countries of certain precursor chemicals. This decision relates to countries that pose a significant risk of being used to support the manufacture of certain controlled chemicals.
