South Dakota Disaster Declaration Amendment for Public Assistance

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has amended its declaration of a major disaster for the state of South Dakota, primarily due to flooding, which began on March 11, 2011, and continues to this day, with the physical loan application deadline set for July 12, 2011, and the economic injury loan application deadline set for February 13, 2012.
