U.S. Small Business Administration Extends HUBZone Reapplication Period

The U.S. Small Business Administration has amended its regulations to allow small businesses in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) to reapply for the program within 90 days of a decline or decertification decision, rather than waiting one year.
