Arizona Disaster #AZ-00016 Amendment: Monument Fire, Mudslides, and Monsoonal Flooding Relief

The State of Arizona has amended its Administrative declaration of disaster to expand relief efforts for the Monument Fire, subsequent mudslides, and monsoonal flooding that occurred from June 12, 2011, and continue to the present. The amendment becomes effective on July 21, 2011, with physical loan application deadlines of September 9, 2011, and economic injury loan application deadlines of April 11, 2012.
