FEMA Amends Puerto Rico Disaster Declaration for Public Assistance

FEMA has amended its Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, initially declared for Hurricane Irene, with a new effective date of September 28, 2011, and extended loan application deadlines for both physical and economic injury loans.
