FEMA Amends Presidential Disaster Declaration for New York State Following Tropical Storm Lee

FEMA has amended its Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only in New York State, primarily due to the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee, which affected the state from September 7 to 11, 2011, with the effective date set for October 21, 2011, and loan application deadlines of November 22, 2011, for physical loans and June 25, 2012, for economic injury loans.
