Advanced Micro Devices China, Inc. Added to List of Validated End-Users

The Bureau of Industry and Security has amended the Export Administration Regulations to add Advanced Micro Devices China, Inc. as a validated end-user in the People's Republic of China, allowing exports, reexports, and transfers to three of its facilities under the Authorization Validated End-User program.
