Reassignment of Commission Staff Responsibilities and Delegations of Authority

The Commission is updating its regulations to reflect changes in staff responsibilities, including authority delegations, following its recent organizational restructuring. As of October 9, 2011, the Commission eliminated the Division of Clearing and Intermediary Oversight and redistributed its staff and duties to the newly formed Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight and Division of Clearing and Risk.
